Admission to Residential Rehab

If you are concerned about your own or a family member's addiction, including alcohol dependency, drug and gambling addictions, then we welcome you to contact our admissions team here at Smarmore Castle.  Deciding to seek help can be a hard step to take, but we will support you at every step, providing the information and guidance that you need.

Rehab Admission: Referral and Funding

Initial contact and referral does not need to come through a patient's GP or psychiatrist - it can be from the patient themselves, or from a family member even an employer or other relevant professional.

We admit patients from Ireland, the EU, the UK and around the world. Patients either pay for treatment privately, or through medical insurance, or else a statutory funder such as their national health system.  Once the type of funding has been established, then the admission process can begin.

Call Any Time, Day or Night

Our telephone lines are open 24 hours a day. Our admissions department is open 9am – 5pm weekdays, and we can also respond to enquiries in the early evenings and at weekends.

You can call +353 (0)41 986 5080 to learn more about our rehabilitation centre or to ask any questions about our treatment programme or the addiction problem that is affecting you or someone you know.
