Roisin McEnaney

Returning to education in 2010 as a mature student, Roisin obtained an Honors Degree in Mental Health Nursing. In 2015, she graduated from Trinity College Dublin as a Master in Science in Mental Health winning the Trinity College Dublin Student Excellence Award.
As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Roisin has a wealth of experience in working with adults of all ages struggling with symptoms of mental ill health. She is specializing in the area of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with a keen interest in the impact of anxiety and stress and the behaviours which people engage in to alleviate this stress.

Roisin has a deep empathy and understanding of addiction and the devastating impact that it can have on both the individual and their families.

Roisin is a native of the neighbouring county Cavan. She has worked in healthcare for the past 18 years, with experience in caring for people over the entire lifespan, from Montessori teaching to elderly care.

In her spare time, Roisin appreciates the importance of self-care, spending most of her time enjoying her young family. She also enjoys running and exercising in the gym.
