The symptoms of Complex PTSD can be trying to forget about anything that can lead to reliving the traumatic events or feeling detached physically and mentally. These therapeutic options will provide you with lessons on how to control your emotions, overcome the trauma, teach you how to be social, make you feel safe, and how to be happy again. All of these options will help you recover from these long-term events and teach you how to live happily away from these terrifying thoughts as well as how to like yourself again.
