He has comprehensive knowledge in the area of addiction and he has 11 plus years of his own recovery. One of Stephen’s primary areas of interest lies in CBT. It is an evidence-based approach that has been proven to be effective in treating a wide range of mental health conditions. He holds a level 9 Certificate in CBT which signifies his advanced training and competence in this approach.
